SFG represented artist cum activist, Chandraguptha Thenuwara's works representing the current and/or recent local contemporary politics have been exhibited widely internationally and locally. In many instances the artst's works have also become permanant residents in Asian art museums such as the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum, Japan.
Two of Thenuwara's works were published in Fukuoka Asian Art Museum's Ajibi News, 10th Issue, October 2020, Vol.82. The Barrelism installation was presented in 1999 in Fukuoka, while 'Women in Barrelistic Era', 1998, is now a permanant part of the museum's collection.
